Standard 1-year warranty

Every Richway Continuity Loop Phone Set® comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

2-year extended warranty

A 2-year extended warranty is available for $20.

What the warranty covers

- Internal parts failure

- Test lead failure

- Alligator clip failure

What the warranty does not cover

- Damage caused by user error, such as use on energized (live) circuits

- Weather damage

Do not use the Richway Continuity Loop Phone Set® on live circuits.

​

Repair, not replace

Warranty service is repair, not replacement.

​

Warranty shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on warranty claims, both ways.
